Hypnotherapy gives you the keys to the kingdom of your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the one running the show, whether we realize it or not. It is important that we take some degree of responsibility for what is going on in here. Outside people and things effect it all the time without our permission so it is wise to get in there and make sure things are working the way YOU want them to.

Find out where the gold is buried (hint-you already know but all of the messaging in today’s society likely made you forget), where you need to be aware of road blocks and what the best method of travel is for YOU.
Reiki is the energetic pixie dust that you can sprinkle on anything to make it better. More powerful transformation, more comfortable working through trapped emotions in our bodies, energetic protection and adjustments, the list goes on and on.
